Get Well Soon Set - Doodlebug Design Team Project

Here's a little pick-me-up gift set for someone who isn't feeling very well. Doodlebug's So Much Pun collection has the perfect papers and embellishments for just about any project. With all the cheerful characters, anything you create with it will definitely put a smile on somebody's face.

The pill better paper is one of my favorites in the collection, the pretty blue background with all the colorful smiling pills is the perfect paper for any get well soon project.

The card is a cut file from Lori Whitlock's shop center step card snowman. I deleted the snowman piece and created a center layer which was cut out using the new swimming pool floral-graph petite prints from the floral-graph rainbow petite prints 6x6 paper pad. The get well soon banner is from the so much pun chit chat pack, band-aid from the so much pun icons sticker sheet and the pills and bottle from the pill better doodle-pops.

For the pill bottle, I used the tall circle box from Lori's shop, made it smaller and duplicated the top side piece and created the slots to make it look like a pill bottle top. I used a piece of the so much pun paper as the label and added the speech bubble from the so much pun chit chat pack, two pills and some swimming pool chunky twine.

Pencil Shaped Box - Lori Whitlock Creative Team Project

The pencil shaped box 2 from Lori Whitlock's shop makes a great gift for a student or teacher, just fill it with some treats or small school supplies, even a gift card. You can also get the file here from the Silhouette Design Store. The paper used is from Echo Park's Back to School collection designed by Lori.

It really is a super simple box to put together and so cute, I just added a piece of twine and tag from the Back to School collection.

Check out Lori's Blog to see how I put this box together!

3D Space Backpack - Doodlebug Design Team Project

Here's a cool 3D backpack project I made decorated with Doodlebug Design's new So Much Pun Collection. With school starting here soon this would make a great gift for a student or teacher and what makes it that much cuter is this super fun space paper and embellishments. What I love about this collection the most is the versatility, there is definitely something in it for everyone and for all occasions!

This was a fun project to put together, I used the backpack from svgcuts back to school kit and cut it out using my cricut maker. It was hard choosing what paper I was going to use but that little out of this world doodle pop alien with moon and stars won me over, so space it was.

I used perfect combo, and the front and back of far out from the 12 x 12 paper collection. The speech bubble is from the so much pun chit chat pack and the base of the bag is sunshine textured cardstock.

The enamel stars are from the out of this world shape sprinkles pack and I used a blue jean boutique button with some boy twine on the latch.

I'm always looking for ways to use Doodlebug's adorable washi tape and I think the out of this world washi worked perfectly layered on top of the straps.
