Reindeer Joy Christmas Card

This card was totally inspired by Unity Stamps Winter Cheer and Deer stamp set. I love the set and was going to pick it up but I have so many sets I haven't even used yet that I couldn't justify buying more at this time so I created this deer from one I had from the Silhouette Design Store. Just a little stretching, shape adding and point editing and this is the outcome, very happy with it.

Craft Roulette Challenges

Here are a couple of cards I created for some of Craft Roulette's challenges. All of them were cut files from the Silhouette Design Store, cut out using my Silhouette Cameo 4

Cloche Christmas Card - Silhouette Design Store

Hello, I love Concord and 9th's new Christmas Cloche Dies and the wonderful cards that the design team created with it. I almost bought it but I have so many dies that I haven't even used yet that I could not justify buying more. So I looked through the Silhouette Design Store which I have a monthly subscription and found the layered cloche snowglobe. I just adjusted it a little to add the things I liked about the Concord and 9th one, like the knob on top and some snow on the bottom. I can't remember which tree I used but Silhouette Design Store has so many to choose from the same with the bow and greenery. I really love the merry font used in the die set and the closest one I had was the family farmhouse script which I love, you can get that from the Store also. I had so much fun looking for cut files I could use to create this card!

Fall Wreath Card

Hello there, the card I'm sharing today almost ended up in the garbage a good couple of times. The fall wreath which is from the Silhouette Design Store would be better suited for a scrapbook page or If I ever use it again I'd thicken the lines a little, I had pieces breaking off and it wasn't that small of a cut I put it on a 5 x 5 piece of cardstock. But in the end, I like how it turned out, it's very rustic. The Fall Banner is also from the Silhouette store. For the background, I used peacock feathers distress oxide ink with a Tim Holtz stencil called splatters.

Halloween Record Album Notecard

Hello, I've been reorganizing my craft supplies, and boy do I have so much. There are so many stamps and dies that I haven't even used yet. A lot of these items were must-haves for me at the time so I thought, so I'm really going to try to cut back on stamps and dies and use my cutting machine. My biggest problem is watching YouTube videos of Design Team members making adorable projects with these stamps and dies. Like I just watched one of Concord and 9th's using their Greatest Hits Dies and I almost went to order it but instead, I looked in the Silhouette Design Store which I'm a member of, and sure enough, a couple came up. I ended up using the one from Lori Whitlock called Record Library Card.

I just wanted to use the record alone as the insert so I trimmed down the top of the cover and didn't use the piece that the record attaches to. Why I love some dies so much is the fact they add nice embossing features to them and I wanted the rings that go around the record so I offset a bunch of circles and used the cutting machine to score them on black-white core cardstock, I think my Cameo 4 did a good job.

Here is the record inside the holder, I used white cardstock on the back so I can use it as a notecard. The paper I used is one of Doodlebug Design's older collections Booville, twine is from Annies Paper Boutique Grape Limeade and the Monster Mash is a Miss Kate's Cuttables which I thought was perfect for this Halloween record album!

Silhouette Success Challenge

Hello there, I've been trying to get myself motivated to craft again and I think a challenge is exactly what I need right now. Over at Silhouette Success's Facebook group, the challenge is to use this week's free design from the Silhouette Design Store and no new craft supplies, just the supplies you have already. Here is a link to this week's freebie Thinking of You.

It's a very simple card, I probably wouldn't have downloaded the design but the challenge inspired me to make something with it. This is what I came up with, just made slight changes to it. I'm pretty happy with the end result.

Popsicle Gift Boxes - Scrap Diva Designs

I saw this adorable popsicle gift box die on youtube from Scrap Diva Designs and just had to have it. I knew I wanted to make a pumpkin and Frankenstein so I picked up the Jack-o-lantern Girl Face die which fits nicely, and the Halloween Stamp and Die set. I thought of the Gingerbread afterward, I think the gingerbread face die at the shop would look cute, for this one I just used some peachy keen face stamps I had with some circle punches which I also used for Frankentein's eyes.

Below you can see the inside of one of the boxes, it just slides out, so cute and very easy to assemble. There is a die for the stick too but I just used popsicle sticks I had and hot glued them in place. These were so much fun to put together.

With Loads of Love - Spellbinders

Hello there, it's so nice to be back in my craft room making projects again, it's been too long. I'm in the process of going through many of my paper collections and kits and I'm determined to work with what I have for many of my upcoming projects. For the card below I used paper and diecuts from Spellbinders January 2019 card kit You're My Type

I cut out a bunch of 1" squares from the patterned papers and glued them down to a piece of copy paper, stamped the stitching, and then used a heart die to cut it out. I frayed the paper around the heart to give it a distressed look. Super simple quick card!
