Santa Treat Box - Doodlebug Design Team Project

Hello, I have a Santa Treat Box to share with you today using Doodlebug Design's Milk & Cookies collection. It's so fun to make treat boxes that can also be used as a holiday decor piece, makes the gift all the more special!

I used the santa chimney cut file sizing it to fit the front of the bunny box, both of these are from Lori Whitlock's shop. I didn't need the top of the box so I used the knife tool in Silhouette Studio and cut it off. After assembling the Santa I glued him to the inside front of the box.

The ho ho ho is from the this & that sticker sheet and the holly from the holly berries shape sprinkles pack, so cute!! For Santa's hat and jacket I used ruby textured cardstock and on the muslin bag I replaced the string with some ladybug chunky twine.

I created layer panels for each side of the box and cut them out using dear santa paper. The tree, gingerbread and hearts are all from the icon sticker sheet, I added some Christmas assortment glitter sprinkles over the ornaments on the tree. The cute little candy cane is from the candy cane shape sprinkles pack and the sentiment from the this & that sheet is matted on a strip of merry berry paper.

To add a little more detail I printed some of the gumdrops on t-shirt transfer paper and used my easy press to iron them onto the bag, adds a fun touch!

Christmas Bingo Party - Doodlebug Design Team Project

Hello there, I'd like to share my Christmas Bingo Party using Doodlebug's Milk & Cookies collection. I had so much fun putting together all these projects for this sweet party, loved working with all the adorable papers, stickers, svg's, etc from this collection.

Bingo, milk & cookies, Christmas popcorn, gingerbread, m&m's, just a whole lot of Doodlebug goodness going on here!

I created the bingo cards in Silhouette Studio and used the milk & cookies svg collection from Lori Whitlock's shop, you can also get Doodlebug cut files from the Silhouette Design Store. I sized each one to fit into the squares and then printed them out. For the muslin bag I printed the milk & cookies label on a t-shirt transfer sheet and used my Cricut easy press to iron it on, this holds the bingo draw cards that I also made in Silhouette Studio.

For some tasty treats, I picked up some gingerbread cookies and packaged them using a sheet of jolly gingerbread and some clear bags.

I printed and cut a couple of the milk & cookies svg's and cut a some bands from the milk and cookies paper. I also added banners cut from the jolly gingerbread paper onto each straw.

Can't have a party without popcorn and since it's for Christmas I melted some white chocolate and add green food coloring to mix through the popcorn.  I also added some of the red and green m&m's and mini marshmallows. The paper I used for the boxes are candy christmas, milk & cookies, santa's sweets and some milk & cookies this and that stickers.

The printed cards measure 4.25" x 5.25" and each one is matted with sweetheart cardstock and paper from the 6 x 6 paper pad.

The red bag that holds all the bingo game pieces is decorated with some odds & ends and lily white abigail stickers. I bought the bag from the Dollar Tree, all the pieces fit nicely inside, this makes such a fun gift for a child.

For the banner and Christmas tree skirt shown in the photo above, I used the 12 x 12 paper pack.

Heat Transfer Vinyl Potholder - Lori Whitlock Design Team Project

Hello there, I have a fun heat transfer vinyl project to share with you today. When I saw Lori's homemade gingerbread phase from the Silhouette Design Store and knew it would look so cute on one of the potholders from the Dollar Tree.

I used white siser easyweed heat transfer vinyl, it cut out beautifully and so easy to weed. To apply I used my new Cricut Easy Press which worked like a charm, but an iron works well also. These are quick and inexpensive gifts for Christmas time, I can't wait to make more.

Thankful Picture Frame - Doodlebug Design Team Project

Hello there, I have a cute picture frame to share with you today that I made for my Doodlebug Design Thankful Challenge. There are so many things I'm thankful for and this little guy, my grandson is high on that list, he's an absolute treasure.

I used one of my favorite Doodlebug collections, Flea Market to create this frame! It's put together with cut files from the flea market collection, these are svg files from Lori Whitlock's shop that I cut out with my Cricut Maker but you can also get these files from the Silhouette Design Store. I'll list all the flea market cut files used below.

These adorable eyes on the crow are from the eye candy sprinkles pack, the eyes on both mice are also from this same pack. All the flea market pattern paper used is from the 6 x 6 pack except for the pumpkin which is merry maples from the 12 x 12 pack. Other paper used, lily white and stone gray from the rainbow gingham-linen petite pack, beetle black dot-grid petite print and bon bon textured cardstock.

The letters are from the bumblebee teensy type cs stickers pack which just happen to fit perfectly on my banner without measuring, lucky me! The little acorn is a sticker from the flea market icon sheet and the brads are mini antique brass, love these! I also used three matte sprinkles from the zoo assortment pack on the pumpkin.

You can get all the flea market svg files in one collection or separately - sunflower - pumpkins - mice - crows - box of apples - a list of flea market cut files from the Silhouette Design Store can be found here.
