You Are Spooktacular - SVG Cutting Files Chibi Pumpkin Girl

Hi everyone!
Today I'm showcasing this adorable Chibi Pumpkin Girl with Cape
from SVG Cutting Files.
This svg will be available in the store tomorrow.

For this card I was trying to recreate a photo I had seen on the web that I absolutely loved, it's not perfect but pretty close.  When I get something in my head I just have to go with it, lol!!  I cut the front piece of the pumpkin down the middle to match the pumpkin from the photo, it kind of gave it a creepier look which I wanted.  For the pumpkins in the front I used the pumpkin head, positioned them printed and then scanned and cut with my new Brother ScanNCut 2 machine, love this baby it cuts out beautifully!!  The background scene was created using some of the svgs from the Graveyard Scene set and the sentiment is from My Creative Time's Too Cute To Spook.

Have a wonderful day!

World Card Making Day 2015 and Go For The Gold Class

Hi Everyone!
I so look forward to this day every year, it's my excuse to just hang out in my craft room all day.  I've been watching Sandy Allnook's Go For The Gold Class the last 7 days and I thought I'd make another card using some gold products I have in my stash.

For the gold elements in this card I used a combo of a uni-ball gold gel pen and Encore gold ink pad.  For the scalloped background I used my Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors, I have the 36 set and it has gold metallic paint, it made the nice gold splatters.  The moose and sentiment is from Avery Elle's Snow Much Fun set, cut out on my Brother ScanNCut 2, so happy to be able to use that now to cut out my stamps.  The tree and lights were printed from the Silhouette Store.  For the snow background I used Simon Says Stamps Falling Snow Stencil and some Ranger Texture Paste.  I used techniques from days 3, 4 and 5 to create this card.

Believe - Sandy Allnock's Go For The Gold Class!

Hi Everyone!
I've been watching Sandy Allnock's FREE
Go For The Gold Class
and couldn't resist playing along.
If you haven't already check out the details here and join in the fun.

The idea for this card came from Day 1 of this free class.  I used a brick stencil by Crafter's Workshop with some Ranger Texture Paste mixed with metallic gold paint and then sprinkled with some gold glitter.  Definitely very sparkly card, I matted that piece onto gold folded cardstock.  The poinsettia is from Lori Whitlock, I cut it out on my new Brother ScanNCut2, and tipped the edges with some diamond dust crystals.

On the vellum I used the Ranger Dylusions Leaf Flourish Stencil, the believe die cut, sentiment and banner are all from My Creative Time.

I Love You - My Creative Time Trending Now Color Blocking

Hello Everyone!
I have a Trending Now project to share with you for MCT,
the theme is Color Blocking.

I used the Stitched Square Dies in different size and colors on a black background to form my color block project.  After laying out my pieces on the black background I cut the whole thing out with the largest Stitched Rectangular Frame. The sentiment is from Mini Chalkboard Tags Stamps, to finish the card off I add a couple of sequins.  I really like the simplicity of this card and the bright colors.
