Happy Mama's Day - My Creative Time Inspire Me Wednesday

Hi everyone!

It's Inspire Me Wednesday over at the MCT's blog.

My inspiration for today's project came from a video by Dawn from Wplus9 Design.

She created an Inlaid Balloon card, you can watch her video here.

It's such a cool technique, kind of like a puzzle and I love how you can see both the outer and inner stitching of the die cuts when you use this technique.  Basically you are cutting out on your background paper coloring and putting your cuts back in.  Definitely watch Dawn's video!!

Here's a closer look, the flowers, clouds and grass are all cutout colored and put back in, just the label with sentiment, button and butterfly are not inlaid.  The stems and leaves are all stamped, just added some dots with marker, really enjoyed putting this card together!

World Autism Awareness Day!

I wanted to make a quick card for World Autism Awareness Day!!

I have this stamp from My Creative Time which is for autism awareness, the set even has puzzle dies that go with it but I wanted to use a blue light bulb with this sentiment.  The cute face is from Peachy Keen Stamps and the Twine is from Annie's Paper Boutique.

Happy Easter - SVG Cutting Files Crate Box

Hello Everyone!
It's my day over at SVG Cutting Files blog.

I have an Easter project to share using the new Crate Box

that will be available in the store on Friday.

This is so cute and can be used for so many kinds of projects, add some flowers or lollipops.  For the front design I used some of the files from the Short Earred Bunny set, the sign comes from the Turkey With Sign Triple Tube Holder.  The stamp sentiment is from My Creative Time's To A Cute Little Chickie set and face stamp from Peachy Keen Stamps.
